This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the licensed Atlassian account holder installing the App, "Customer") and Teams Digest for Jira ("Vendor", "we", "us") governing use of "Teams Digest for Jira" (the "App"), distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace. By installing or using the App, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Subject to this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Vendor grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App during the term of your Atlassian Marketplace subscription, solely in connection with your licensed Atlassian Jira Cloud instance.
The Free plan allows configuration of one (1) active digest per installation, at no cost, intended to let Customer evaluate the App's core functionality.
The Pro plan is a paid subscription, billed through the Atlassian Marketplace according to the pricing displayed on the App's Marketplace listing at the time of purchase, which unlocks unlimited active digests and any additional features designated as Pro-only on the listing.
Vendor may change pricing for future billing cycles with notice as required by Atlassian Marketplace policies. Changes will not retroactively apply to already-completed billing periods.

The App integrates with Microsoft Teams via a webhook URL configured by Customer. Vendor is not responsible for the availability, security, or behavior of Microsoft Teams or Microsoft's Power Automate/Workflows infrastructure, which are governed by Microsoft's own terms. Use of the App in connection with your Jira data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its code, design, and branding, is and remains the property of Vendor. This Agreement grants a license to use the App; it does not transfer any ownership rights.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VENDOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT SCHEDULED DELIVERIES WILL OCCUR AT AN EXACT TIME (delivery timing is subject to underlying platform scheduling behavior, as disclosed within the App's configuration screen).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENDOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. VENDOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This Agreement remains in effect while Customer uses the App. Either party may terminate by uninstalling the App (Customer) or by removing the App from the Marketplace with reasonable notice (Vendor). Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mexico City, Mexico., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Vendor may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
